I run just another WoH hybrid
Prot 12+2
Heal 12+1+1
Dev 3+1(+2 on heroes because the +1 rune is expensive)
[skill]Reversal of Fortune[/skill]
[skill]Word of Healing[/skill]
[skill]Dismiss Condition[/skill] or [wiki]Cure Hex[/wiki]
[skill]Signet of Rejuvenation[/skill](because I run with health saccers "Well, it's all you're gonna get!")
[skill]Protective Spirit[/skill]
[skill]Shielding Hands[/skill] or [skill]Extinguish[/skill]
[skill]Aegis[/skill]
[skill]Resurrection Chant[/skill]
However in the past I used to run a much more unique build, before [wiki]Save Yourselves[/wiki] existed I made this to give my team crazy health, it worked pretty well, excepted when [skill=text]Shatter enchantment[/skill] was near
Remember its prophesies only skills! Perhaps it is time to make an updated version.
Dev 11+3
Heal 11+1+3
Beast 8
[skill]Aura of Faith[/skill]
[skill]Vigorous Spirit[/skill]
[skill]Dwayna's Kiss[/skill]
[skill]Mend Ailment[/skill]
[skill]Signet of Devotion[/skill]
[skill]Symbiosis[/skill]
[skill]Divine Boon[/skill]
[skill]Vengeance[/skill] or a hard rezz if no1 else had 1.
Only used [skill=text]Aura of Faith[/skill] on the tank when they where being attacked, on a party member only if they were in really big trouble.
With [skill=text]Aura of Faith[/skill] and [skill=text]Vigorous Spirit[/skill] the tank gains 30 health every 1.33 seconds and has 186 more health, applying [skill=text]Vigorous Spirit[/skill] while under [skill=text]Divine Boon[/skill] was usually enough to heal up party members, if not that is what [skill=text]Signet of Devotion[/skill] is for.
Now the beauty is [skill=text]Dwayna's Kiss[/skill] it will heal a target under the effects of both your enchantments for almost 350 health(because AoF affects the divine boon and favor bonus too), if they have hexes or self enchantments on them it works even better.
EDIT:
I forgot, it also offered a good way to teach the people in PUG's to stay in range, I simply said that if they did not stay in range of symbiosis I wasn't going to heal them. Which as symbioses was placed behind the back line meant they would always be in range.

pveeee: I run various things, though most are largely just tweaks to a pretty basic hybrid.
Healing: 12 + 1 + 1
Prot: 10 + 1
Divine 8 + 1
... I mean with this 10 10 could be a better split.
[skill]Word of Healing[/skill][skill]Protective Spirit[/skill][skill]Shield of Absorption[/skill][skill]Heal Party[/skill][skill]Glyph of Lesser Energy[/skill][skill]Remove Hex[/skill][skill]Dismiss Condition[/skill][skill]Reversal of Fortune[/skill]
The above build really takes into account not running some form of SY invincible build - which makes skills like Protective Spirit useless, RoF poor, Glyph HP bordering on not at all needed.
Just by changing the bar slightly and you'd end up with the likes of an RC monk I'd run - Ditch the HP and Glyph for Aegis and another small prot (probably guardian).
And could also tweak it slightly for Divert Hexes, keep the Glyph, HP out for Aegis again. I think the above build is strong enough to handle practically anything anyway and with minor tweaks can allow you to handle certain things even easier
Attributes in the above cases would be
Prot: 12 + 1 + 1
Div: 12 + 1
I'm quite a fan of Prot Spirit/Shield of Absorption in PVE, it really takes advantage of the stupid AI, and with the exception of extremely heavy enchant removal makes someone unkillable, yet won't stop the enemy from whacking on them.
With a lot of the damage in HM, being unfocussed AoE damage with a pretty high spec I've never been opposed to running Healer's Boon either, actually I think it's a lot more attractive now. The HB Heal Parties are an effective enough way to deal with silly HM Ruby Djinn's and the likes. Though while I don't mind such a build, I don't really run them.
Bar something like.
Healing: 12 + 1 + 1
Prot 6 + 1
Divine Favor: whatever is the rest - reasonably big number
[skill]Healer's Boon[/skill][skill]Protective Spirit[/skill][skill]Signet of Rejuvenation[/skill][skill]Heal Party[/skill][skill]Glyph of Lesser Energy[/skill][skill]Remove Hex[/skill][skill]Dismiss Condition[/skill][skill]Heal Other[/skill]
Prot Spirit works fine with a shitty prot spec and just laughs at the ridiculous numbers which were supposed to make the game HRD. For energies sakes maybe run Words of Comfort over Heal Other, though with HB allowing you to monk with 4 pips it's probably unecesarry now.
_
As for heroes I like to have a Partygon, Curse Necro and Cruel Spear gon. I'll often not take another monk Hench (in Eotn would go with Zho, Earth Hench and whatever else), I use PVE to experiment with silly defensive builds. Pretty much the opposite of my warrior, who's heroes do nothing but make her mighty! Gogo orders, splinter and chants >_>.
Zho is awesome because Hero Rangers in PVE are terrible except for BHA, it's kind of nice that a hench can cover that for you.
_
As far as reviewing builds go I would help out - the thing is I doubt my reviews would be a great deal different to yours masamuane if at all. and the whole potential whining thing wouldn't really change much as a result

When i'm in doa I use this:
[skill]Orison of Healing[/skill][skill]Dwayna's Kiss[/skill][skill]Seed of life[/skill][skill]healing seed[/skill][skill]air of superiority[/skill][skill]dismiss condition[/skill][skill]healer's boon[/skill][skill]resurrection chant[/skill]
The ursans are killing stuff so quickly, air of superiority is constantly going off keeping the seed skills charged, and my energy maxed. And since they are normally balled up spiking the same target, healing seed is extremely effective. In fact, 95% of the time I only ever use the two seed skills and then just stand back watching the party stay at max health

I generally heal as a monk, so...
Word of Healing, Orison of Healing, Signet of Rejuvenation, Words of Comfort, Spotless Soul, Selfless Spirit, Healing Ribbon (currently testing this one to see if I like it), Restore Life
*sniff sniff* Almost afraid to post builds, because there is this mean guy on guru who specializes in ripping them apart *cough cough* j/k - well, not about the guy but about my actually caring ^^

I'm far from a mean guy but.. you have like 5 skills that do pretty much exactly the same thing. Something you can already accomplish by bringing just 2(perhaps 3) skills, since their recharge is so awfully low(4sec, 2sec, 3sec).
So why not drop a few heal skills for hex/condition removal and perhaps .. well .. prots ?

I MUST HAVE A LOT OF ALT ACCOUNTS THEN!
I do agree with Squishy that your bar is packed too full with redundant heals that can already achieve an optimal level of healing by bringing WoH and Dwayna's Kiss. Bringing hex/condition removal, as suggested above...and Prot Spirit is leetsauce in PvE, with an assortment of small prots.

Since I nearly always play my monk in HM, I use:
Orison
Ethereal
Words of Comfort
Dwayna's Kiss
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Heal Party
Healer's Boon (E)
Ressurection Chant
If you have some kind of Bip or Blood Ritual necro you can easily outheal the party with another monk or a hero

You seem to forget that 90% of groups I see advertising for a monk in HM are ursan, and enchants in an ursan group = fail.
But yeah other than that, RoF should always be on your skill bar.

haha No, your response I don't consider ripping - it was constructive and there in lies the difference between it and that of which I was speaking ^^ Thanks for the help - I'll definitely make some updates! Being fairly new to monkage, and admittedly a novice at it, I appreciate the help.
Edit: Did have a "duh -ah ha moment" after original post - I realized one thing - the skill bar I listed is the one I've been using for Glint farm runs from CTC - enchantments = bad on that run, hence the no prot on that bar (laughing at myself). But I will definitely try hybridizing elsewhere a bit more (I'd just taken prot spirit occasionally and have seen some other things I'd like to try on this thread - so thanks again!)

Thank you - I've actually got a hero that I'm testing prot on. I've never really played around with those - I'm fairly new to monking (was having too much fun on rit).
What skills would be beneficial replacements?
